Description

205 Clarence street. “this building was constructed as a warehouse between 1886-1887 for the Anglo-Australian investment, Finance and Land Company to a design by architect Benjamin Backhouse…The building is an example of the Victorian Free Classical Style…Works to ensure the conservation of the building including a reproduction of the brick façade designed by architect Joshua Farkash were undertaken in 1997-1998.”
